Our show "Classic or Colourful" was held in May 2021.

The votes have been tallied and the winners of the "Classic or Colourful" show are on display below.

Congratulations to them all and a huge thank you to everyone who participated and voted. A special thankyou goes to all the wonderful artists who put so much into their creations.

1st Place	bear Monty	Natalia Tolstykina NatalyTools	Please meet my new teddy bear cub named Monty. OOAK teddy by NatalyTools (Natalia Tolstykina)- 13 inches (34 cm) tall or 25cm sitting. Bear sewn by me from German mohair with 5-way cotter pins for head and all paws, - live glass eyes, - needle sculpted fabric nose, - fiberfill and glass granules stuffed, -buckwheat husk for a soft, rustling stomach, - he has wire skeleton in his arms for more flexibility. All parts are sewed and sculpted by me. This toy have a logo wood button on his back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
2nd Place	Simba	Love Bears all Things	Meet Simba and his magical jester bear wand Simba is approximately 59 cm long excluding hat and 71 cm long including hat Jester wand is 38 cm long with hat Simba is completely hand stitched Made of mohair Embroidered nose Glass eyes that have been sanded to look old then polished His hat is made from clay, glass buttons and Belgian trim Decorated with beautiful flowers, beads and tulle The collar is adorned to match A great deal of time went into creating his accessories He is fully jointed Has glass pellet beads for lovely weight His face has been sandpapered many times over to get a really clean look, as l do with most of my bears! Jester’s head is completely made of clay then covered in mohair He also has glass eyes and is adorned with beautiful quality lace and beads, then finished with flowers and tulle I don’t make large bears often as they are a lot of work Simba bear is extremely special and would make a beautiful centre piece The colours are magnificent A$3885 which includes postage and insurance world wide. (Repayment plan: A$805 deposit followed by four two-weekly payments of A$770 each.)
3rd Place	Maples	CaLiCor Designs	Maples is made using my own hand dyed mohair. He is 14” and wears a collar of faux maple leaves. He loves playing with all the leaves so will arrive with a bag full for display when he arrives at his new homes once adopted. Enjoy the show. Karen
4th Place	Maggie	Carla Bears	Maggie definitely fits the colourful theme. She is a beautiful vibrant pink with a flower collar. Her fur is long and beautiful ( thank you Wanda Jaye Collectable) I hope you all enjoy the show.
