主講人簡介：
Full Professor, Technical University of Madrid, Industrial Engineering School, Business Administration and Statistics, Madrid, Spain. He is the editors or member of editorial board for several Journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production（清潔生產(chǎn)）, The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology（先進(jìn)制造）, Waste Management Journal（廢物管理）, International Journal of Vehicle Design（汽車設(shè)計(jì)）, Iron making & Steelmaking（鋼鐵制造）, International Journal of Engineering Education（工程教育）, International Journal of Production Research（生產(chǎn)研究）, Environmental Modelling & Software（環(huán)境建模與軟件），International Journal of Data Mining, Modelling and Management（數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、建模與管理）. He serves as national representative for the EU technical Expert Committee RFCS（歐盟技術(shù)專家委員會）: TGS8 (Steel products and applications for building, construction and industry) and into the ISO TC258 one. He owns more than fifteen patents and develops activities as consultant（技術(shù)專利與咨詢顧問）. He holds several professional accreditations and certifications like PMP（項(xiàng)目管理）, IPMA-B (Project Management Certified Senior Project Manager, Level B，項(xiàng)目管理高級規(guī)劃) .
內(nèi)容簡介：
The session content is divided roughly into two parts; the first block is devoted to analyzing the impact that IoT（物聯(lián)網(wǎng)）paradigm is going to play in the way businesses happen today, foreseen how they will become affected. Later on we will find the coming impact in terms of new derived business. Furthermore, we will identify key driven factors required to reshape that revolution and what key knowledge will be required shortly for both for functional managers and technicians. Then, the second block is devoted to explore in which way the today’s companies have moved themselves from working in projects to work by projects. Because of that the new profession of project manager（項(xiàng)目管理職業(yè)） arose and it is growing fast, as a matter of test it can be seen how the new ISO standard 21500 and related standards have been emerged. The final part of the discussion will be related to how those two worlds are providing a very broad field of opportunities.
