主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
Henri van Dorssen is an Executive Publisher at Elsevier, Oxford, UK. He is a graduate from the University of Amsterdam and the University of London. He has more than 20 years of international publishing experience, and presently leads a portfolio of prominent energy journals which includes high impact titles such as the Journal of Power Sources, and Energy Policy. He has worked on new journal launches and was the Publisher of the Encyclopedia of Energy, an award-winning 6-volume reference work, and of the Dictionary of Energy.

當(dāng)今時(shí)代科研人員面臨著各種挑戰(zhàn)，不僅需要科研合作、數(shù)據(jù)分享、申請(qǐng)基金，還需要將成果發(fā)表、推廣并擴(kuò)大影響。特別是處于科研職業(yè)生涯初期的研究人員，不論其身處何國(guó)，都面臨著來自這些挑戰(zhàn)的多重壓力。
