主講人介紹：
袁嘉副教授分別于北京大學(xué)（1999）、俄亥俄州立大學(xué)（2004）和明尼蘇達(dá)大學(xué)（2009）獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)本科、碩士和博士學(xué)位，并于2009年開(kāi)始在澳門大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系任教，2015年晉升副教授。目前研究方向?yàn)榄h(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)，在國(guó)內(nèi)外主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)期刊發(fā)表文章二十余篇。
內(nèi)容介紹：
Transport infrastructure can significantly change the spatial distribution of land value. We investigate the impact of 1,318-km Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail (BSH) in China, which reduce the land travel time from 16 to 5 hours, on the land market near HSR stations. Using a D-in-D approach with land transactions near traditional railroads as control group, we find that BSH raised land value significantly. Meanwhile, we also estimate the land value distribution around the BSH after its construction.
