October 19, in the afternoon, Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics MPA Center hired Yue XiuHu, Chief of the National Development and Reform Commission Development and Planning Division, to serve as the Center’s social mentor. Yue was also invited to give an academic lecture entitled "Public policy formulation and implementation – in example of the Mid- long-term Development Plan". Associate Dean Professor Kong Zhaojun hosted the lecture. Dean Professor Wei Yiming, MPA Center deputy director Chen Zhenjiao, MPA Center teacher representatives and the entire MPA students attended the seminar.
